Do you have emissions there in Illinois? Remove AIV, EGR (300 degree blockoff kit), PRVR, Boost solenoids (use an EBC). convert to 2ws (N/A pump and resirvoir) and get rid of all the HICAS crap. There is a HICAS eliminator kit on ebay for like $120 or thereabouts. Remove cruise, relocate battery to the back (or buy Greg Dupree's light battery kit), run a smaller fuel filter (the inline "racing" type that's not so huge like the OEM ones), remove clutch assist lines and tanks, convert to Z1's electric fan (or others..) to get rid of the shroud, eliminate the hard fuel lines, and so on.... I'm just throwing ideas out there.
